MiniTodo is a local-first, minimalist task app. Your tasks and completion history remain under your control, and this policy explains clearly how the app handles data.
1Data collection
The current version of MiniTodo requires no account and includes no advertising or analytics. We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your tasks, notes, completion history, or usage data with third parties.
2On-device data
Your daily, temporary, and long-term tasks, notes, target dates, progress, subtasks, and daily completion history are stored locally on your current device. Preferences such as language, theme color, and display mode also stay on the device. MiniTodo currently has no account system or automatic cloud sync.
3Export, backup, and restore
MiniTodo creates a CSV export or full JSON backup only when you ask it to. The system share sheet lets you choose where to save it or who receives it. Restore reads only the MiniTodo backup file you explicitly select and asks for confirmation before replacing current data. Once a file leaves the app, it is handled under the rules of the location or third-party service you choose.
4System access and external links
MiniTodo uses the system document picker and share sheet for export and restore. It does not request access to location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or health data. The app opens an external browser only when you choose the Privacy or Support link, and no task data is attached to those links.
5Data deletion
You can delete tasks in the app; related daily completion history and subtasks are deleted with them. Uninstalling MiniTodo removes its local app data, but not copies of exports or backups you previously saved to Files or another location.
6Third-party components
The app uses Flutter and components for its local database, preferences, document selection, system sharing, version information, and external links. The current version does not use these components to transmit your task data to the developer.
7Children's privacy
MiniTodo is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8Updates and contact
