MiniCheck is a local-first check-in calendar. We value your privacy and explain clearly how the app handles data.
1Data collection
The current version of MiniCheck requires no account and includes no advertising or analytics. We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your personal data, usage data, or check-in records with third parties.
2On-device data
Projects, daily check-in totals, individual check-in times, and interface preferences are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes the local data MiniCheck stores on that device. Create a full backup before uninstalling if you want to keep your projects and records.
3Data export and backup
MiniCheck creates a long check-in image, CSV data file, or complete JSON backup only when you ask it to. The file is handed to the iOS Photos library, document picker, or share sheet for the destination you choose. The app does not upload these files automatically or send them to the developer. Restore reads only the MiniCheck backup file you explicitly select.
4System permissions
MiniCheck requests add-only photo library permission only when you choose Save to Photos, and only to write the check-in image you just exported. The app does not read, browse, or upload other photos. It does not request access to location, camera, microphone, contacts, or health data.
5Third-party components
The app uses Flutter and components for local preferences, a local database, document selection, and system sharing. The current version does not use these components to transmit your data to the developer.
6Children's privacy
MiniCheck is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7Policy updates
If a future version adds cloud sync, accounts, analytics, or other data features, this policy will be updated before those features are released and any required consent will be obtained.
